MUHAMMAD IMRAN SALEEM did his Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com.) from the Punjab College of Commerce in 2001 and his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of the Punjab, Lahore in 2005. Mr. Saleem also did a Diploma in Banking Law (D.B.L.) from the University of the Punjab in 2006. He was enrolled as an Advocate of the Lower Courts in 2006 and as an Advocate of the High Courts in 2008.
Mr. Saleem joined Azam & Rai on 1 December 2007 and handles litigation at the Civil Courts, District Courts and Banking Courts as well as legal research. He also handles statutory compliance and due diligence issues for the Firm’s corporate clients with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan and other regulatory authorities.
